23.8.80 Scafell
We were taking a weekend break in the Lake Disrict, camping in Langdale; Geoff & Morag, Roy & Mandy, Ian, and John Morgan. The day we chose to visit the summit of Scafell was a hot one, and we weren't the only people there; on the summit we almost had to fight for a position on the cairn, despite its ample size!
